About the grape variety

This cross between Cabernet Franc and an undisclosed variety resistant to cryptogamic diseases was created and released by Valentin Blatter in 1991.

Features

Cabernet Jura gives very colourful and aromatic wines, reminiscent of Cabernet Franc with notes of sour cherry, plum, and a hint of rose with fine tannins.
