Léman (Lac de) - Lake Geneva.
Leytron - Wine-producing village from the canton of Valais.
Ligerz (Fr. Gléresse) – Wine-producing village on the Lake of Bienne.
Lugano - Town and lake in the Sottoceneri region (Ticino).
Luins - Wine-producing village near Nyon, in the La Côte region (Vaud).
Lully - Wine-producing village near Morges in the La Côte region (Vaud).
Lutry - Wine-producing region near Lausanne, in the Lavaux region (Vaud).
Mandement - The oldest wine-producing region and one of the most important in the canton of Geneva.
Martigny - Town and vineyards from Valais.
Mendrisio - Wine-producing village from the Sottoceneri (Ticino).
Mesolcina (Ger. Misox) - Wine-producing region which, administratively speaking, belongs to the canton of Graubünden, but whose wines are more related to those of Ticino.
Montreux - Town and vineyards on the eastern bank of the Lake of Geneva (Vaud).
Mont-sur-Rolle - Wine-producing village in the La Côte region (Vaud).
Morbio - Wine-producing village from the Sottoceneri (Ticino).
Morges - Town and vineyards near Lausanne, in the La Côte region (Vaud).
Môtiers - Village from the canton of Neuchâtel (three lakes’ region), where excellent sparkling wines are produced.
Neuchâtel - Town, canton and important wine-producing area (three lakes’ region), with appellation d’origine contrôlée – AOC (controlled terms of origin) for the wines produced there.
