Vaud - Red Wines

Vaud’s red wines essentially come from two grape varieties: the Gamay and the Pinot Noir, which are often vinified together and sometimes as rosés (Œil-de-Perdrix and Rosé de Gamay). Red wines from the Syrah and the Merlot grape varieties are also found, although it is in moderate quantities.
