Pinot Blanc

Synonymes: Weisser Burgunder (German Switzerland) It is supposed that the Pinot Blanc is a transformation of the Pinot Gris. In favourable lands, it produces robust and fruity wines with a good acidity. It is cultivated in most of the wine-producing regions of Switzerland, although it is in very small quantities.
