Syrah

A classic red grape variety from the Côtes-du-Rhône, the Syrah is cultivated above all on the well-exposed hillsides of the canton of Valais, where the upper banks of the Rhône suit marvellously to its growing. It produces spicy, elegant, intensively coloured wines with good tannins, which allow them to easily age well.
