Synonymes: Ermitage, Hermitage It is a white grape variety, originating from the Côtes-du-Rhône and known in Valais under the name of Ermitage (Hermitage). It produces soft and heady wines that are tasted either as aperitif or with the dessert and that can be kept quite long.
